Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Hideaway Retreat. Below are our policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our guests, by reading and signing your registration form at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is any time after 2 PM. If you arrive earlier then we will be pleased to store your luggage until your unit is ready. More often than not your unit will be ready on your arrival on the island however we can’t guarantee this 100% of the time. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in.
CHECK-OUT:Check-out is at 10 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PAYMENT: Is required at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 0-14 days prior to arrival will have 100% of the booking charged. If cancelled 14-30 days in advance 50% of the booking will be charged. Cancellations 30+ days in advance will incur no fee.
HIRE VEHICLE: When specified, booking includes a hire car. If you have selected a room that does not include a hire car, a car can be provided by going to www.eldoohirecars.com or by contacting us to arrange for you. We recommend having a hire car for the duration of your stay due to the topography of the island and the lack of public transport and taxi services.
SMOKING POLICIES: All units are SMOKE-FREE. You are welcome to smoke on verandahs and all other outdoor areas. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
CHILDREN POLICY (This policy is only necessary if you have charges for additional guests): Children under the age of 2 stay free in same room as parents or legal guardian. Children aged 2-12 will be treated as an additional guest.
